Last weekend, as we promised, we checked out Summit Point Kart, it is located at:

The Washington Circuit is Summit Point's newest addition and is home to Summit Point Kart. The course was constructed and opened in 2009 and it features 10 feet of elevation change, 1300 feet in length and over 300 feet in width. It can also be configured in many different types of combinations. The current track is 11 turns, including a sweeping 160 degree decreasing radius corner and 3 straights with one stretching .52 miles in length. In 2011, Summit Kart invested in their lighting and now driving at dark is a whole new experience!
This place is a lot larger than our previous location we interviewed. They also have just introduced the new RX250 go kart, or should I say more like a car able to reach speeds of 70mph. That's like head to head with a cheetah at full sped! This place is very popular and provide its clients with a full calendar, promotional seasons for adult race car drivers as well as Championship leagues for ages 4-14, which are usually held on Sunday.

If you are serious about go-karting, then this place could be your Eden. Pay $40 and you become a member with reduced prices, special benefits, and free items. However like the most of us, we will pay $25 for 11 minutes of fun rubber burning time.

If you are 18 years or older you need a drivers license (or a photo ID) and closed toe shoes to participate in our general arrive and drive sessions.
If you are 16 or 17 years old you can participate in our general arrive and drive sessions if you have closed toe shoes and your parents have filled out a minor waiver.
If you are 15 years old you can participate in our general arrive and drive sessions after your parents have filled out a minor waiver and you have completed our youth training school or have a racing license from Allsports Grand Prix. A Race license from WKA or WKC also qualifies.
If you are 4 to 14 year old you cannot participate in our general arrive and drive sessions; however you can participate in our Youth Karting Schools, Youth Leagues, and other special events.
